Beautiful Day on Mission Peak!

I’ve been loving this fantastic nice weather we’ve been having (while I hear the rest of the country freezes!), so I took advantage of it today and hiked Mission Peak with a friend and her dog. Despite it being chilly this morning, I wore a t-shirt and I was glad I did as I took off my long sleeved shirt maybe 10 minutes into this hike. I’m new to Mission Peak, having hiked it only twice before – both of which were last month – and all three of my hikes have been very warm despite it being Dec/Jan. I can’t imagine doing this hike in the summer! I highly recommend it on a warm winter day though!
