beautiful view But Deadly Hot then Cold
Also on this hike
The hike began in freezing conditions at 6am. Despite the cold, the view was incredible. As the day progressed, it became hot in the middle of the hike. When I was 1.9 miles away from the top, I felt like giving up. However, with the encouragement of my partner, I persevered and reached the summit. He insisted I experience the view for myself, and I am grateful that I did. It’s funny how going back down always seems faster. Nonetheless, descending was a stunning sight, with the shadows cast on the rocks and the breathtaking beauty of the trees.
