This is a nice shady hike but that said I think it’s a bit boring compared to the others on the series. There was still a little bit of snow pushed to the roadside at the top. On a past trip the ranger gave us a tour of the fire tower at the top. That was pretty cool. I started early and bugs were getting bad by the time I was on the way down. Early start or long pants would be good.
