Billy did not expect snow Williams
Also on this hike
The trail starts off nice and sweet but about 1.5 mile from the top we encountered trail debris from fallen trees and loggers. A few logs to get over. Muddy, slippery and then we hit slippery packs snow making the trail invisible or downright sketchy. I would recommend waiting til the snow melts. The snow made a moderately difficult hike difficult. Coming down the snow we had to heel our boots into the snow to keep from sliding off to certain injury.
I’m glad to see it’s open. Nice job!
