Hiked with a group

Celebrated Independence Day with a group of Trailsisters, by summitting Black Crater! Started our accent at 5:30 am. Had the trail up and the summit all to ourselves. Ran into a few hikers on our way down. Snow fields to navigated about a mile from the top. Recommend a tracking app and spikes or yaks. Wildflowers just getting ready to pop! Should be colorful in another week or so. No bugs, nice clear morning with stellar Mt. views at the top!
