Hiked to the top of Black Crater with group of 4 plus Jory the dog. Weather was great and starting early morning was a solid choice to beat the heat. Only a few snow crossings that can be avoided if willing to go around. Otherwise just the normal trail dust this time of year. Views at the top are well earned and stunning!
