Probably the wrong day to hike this one, but I made it back down super slow.
Started from Lot 1 at 7:30 am. I learnt parking lots were all full around 6:45 am. I found street parking near Hammond Snyder Trail on Cristo Rey drive. This added about 0.6 miles more miles to the trip.

There was a thick layer of fog so morning was pleasant. Last 2 miles to Black Mountain are quite brutal and was extremely hot!

Overall not a pleasant experience, with some lessons learnt!
But we can call this one done! 🙂
