Black Mountain

Started late on a Sunday so hiked this one quick to get back to the car before dark. A black cat at the trailhead greeted me when I started and welcomed me back when I finished. Some really nice trees on the way up; views were really nice and I could see the ocean from the summit. Walking all the way to the east end of the summit plateau provided a really nice view of the valley. 10.3 miles and 2,355 ft taking 03:26.
