Black Mountain

It was hot long and steep! By 7:00 am it was crowded. Parking lot was full but because there were 4 of us we were able to park in the carpool lot which had plenty of room. We had a difficult time finding the start of the trail but once we got going it was pretty straight forward. The last 3 miles were steep!! We encountered a rattle snake on the way down but it cleared away pretty quickly.
