Black Mountain Sunrise Hike

Reached the trailhead parking lot about half an hour before sunrise, just as dawn was breaking – this meant I caught the sunrise halfway up to the peak. Beautiful meandering trail, very steep at times but in great condition. The area has signs warning of mountain lion activity, but all I saw was bunnies and deer. Parking lot is very small, but it was not filled up on this random working day morning 🙂
