To do a peake workout, you need to go Right t the trail head. It will take you thru a beautiful red green moss forrest and some creeks. Then you will be going up 2 miles to the Black Mountain at a steep incline. Its shaded at first and once you have to go up the mountain it is exposed. Big lot, Bathrooms, free parking.
