Blooper on Cuyamaca

Took a chance hiking CUYAMACA on a pretty warm day getting up into the high 70’s.  So glad we went through with it. I was on a personal mission to find and take a pic with the summit sign. 2 years ago when I hiked it, it wasn’t around anywhere.  Mission accomplished. It was readily available the moment we summitted with no other hikers around.  The only issue was is I accidentally touched the ‘A’ in Peak and it moved downwards. It was still in tact but I hope it stays on.  The sign is getting old. I hope it’s replaced soon or another sign replaces it. Sorry hiking community. ????

ocerall, We hiked in heat.  Loved the trail we took and I can’t wait to hike it again. Lovely views and well maintained trail, no issues.
