Traveled 2 hours to the trailhead, but it was worth it! Took the Azalea Glen loop . Saw a few deer at the start. Nice single track trail that is not overly steep. Winds through a forest and by a stream. A bit windy, but beautiful views near the top. Saw about 5 people during our hike. Stopped in Julian to buy a few apple pies. Yum!
