Bookends #4

This was a 12.3 mile hike. Our time was nine and a half hours which included one hour lunch break at the top. We encountered several hikers and everybody was so pleasant. I can’t understand why some people choose to sit at home and watch TV rather than enjoy the great outdoors. The Devil’s Backbone had a few iffy places but not bad. Our descent was kind of difficult do to the Steep Decline and loose rock. I would call this a hard hike but certainly worth doing. 4 hikes down two to go!
