My amazing friends and I hiked another peak on the challenge, one left to go (Picacho, which we actually drove by on way to Wasson).
We extended the Wasson Peak by hiking it via King Canyon and Hugh Norris trail, to make it 8.3 miles.
It’s a traditional desert hike, would say moderate alright it had its switchback and incline challenges.
This would be extremely pretty in spring, when wildflowers are blooming – let it rain!
I am very thankful to have these mind like friends that can join me on shorter and longer adventures!
