Calf killer

Lots of uneven terrain because it rained a lot the week before and cows graze here. The cows walked across the trail so their hooves made uneven terrain that hardened up. No shade cover but the weather was mild so it was ok – wear sunscreen! The walk up is all up, and down is all down. My calves are still hurting 4 days later!
