Camel’s Hump

We arrived at about 7:30.  The parking lot was almost empty and they had an overflow lot as well.  The trail was very wet and slick.  Some difficult and slippery climbing.  I had a bit of a sprained ankle.  We took it very slow today.  Many groups passed us with ease including children in keds. =) The summit was very crowded.  It was a very nice day at the summit…. You could see many peaks in different directions.  If you plan to stay the night at a hotel, make some calls as Vermont is still not fully open.  Three of six down for my wife and I.  Bring bug spray!
