Carry on Cucamonga

I got to the trailhead around 630 in the morning and had to find roadway parking as the Icehouse lot fills quickly on the weekends. I made my way up the canyon as I’ve done so many times before hitting the saddle in about two hours. After a break continued on to Cucamonga. Quite a few people at the peak and on the trail today. After a brief rest I returned to my car by midafternoon feeling better prepared to tackle Half Dome next week.
