Trailhead Angelus Oaks

This was the longest hike I have done so far. The scenery was beautiful and I loved going through manzanita flats. The top was a bit anti-climatic, but I did enjoy seeing San Gorgonio and San Jacinto at a distance. About a mile before the Peak was a stone bench over seeing with some beautiful views and we stopped there to eat lunch with our new trail friends. It was a nice breather before the final stretch. Bring LOTS of water for this one. It will be a long day.
