Challenge accepted Fremont Saddle 2 for 1 – part 2 Lost Dutchman SP to Peralta

After hiking to the top of Flatiron I ended up meeting a hiking group and was invited to join them on a through hike from Flatiron across the ridge and over to Fremont Saddle then down to Peralta TH. I had contemplated hiking Fremont later in the day so I decided why not go for it and just through hike both Flatiron and Fremont. It was about 14.5 miles total and required lots of route finding and vertical scrambling as we crossed the ridgeline trail. I do not recommend hiking this solo, if you do it as a geoup make sure someone has already completed the ridgeline trail as routefinding can be difficult. We reached Fremont after 11.5 miles and then decended to Peralts TH to shuttle back to Lost Dutchman SP. I recirded this as a 7 mile hike because I split the miles between Flatiron and Fremont.
