Chilly Mt. Rose Summit

The weather forecast let us down big time. There was no mention of the dense fog and sporadic snow along the entire trail. Luckily, we came prepared. Our hike to the 10,778-foot summit was a challenging journey through snow-covered trees, thick fog, and a relentless uphill climb. Despite the difficulties, we were all captivated by the breathtaking scenery.

Upon reaching the summit, a vlogger named @wildeatingtv generously shared some delicious sticky cinnamon rolls he had baked right there. They were a delightful treat! The descent was enjoyable, and although the sky remained overcast, the temperature had risen, making it less chilly.
