Chips ahoy

The minute I saw the lake at the beginning of the hike I knew this was going to be beautiful. It was so peaceful and calm. I started out early to beat the heat that I incurred yesterday at El Cajon. I loved all the steps at the end it made it super easy for the incline. And I was excited to stand on top of potato chip rock after seeing it posted so many times.
