Christmas trees in September

Trailhead Ice house Canyon

This was my favorite hike. One section of the trail had several Christmas trees. I call this Christmas tree lane.
Trail conditions was awesome. Very little trash and I did my own trail cleaning by collecting trash.
The weather was perfect at the 630AM start time. By 11am, it was getting hot on the trail.
I had ankle surgery on February 1, so I’m still hurting.
