Could Have Taken a Ski Lift, but Much More Fun

Actually, the lift wasn’t running, but we passed the upper lift building near the end of the moderately strenuous hike. Bachelor isn’t the prettiest of the hikes, but it was a great workout, and the views from the top were well worth the hike up the mountain. We hiked with a larger group who connected through the Bend Hiking Meetup, and having the opportunity to meet new folks made the hike very enjoyable.
