Cucamonga Peak before summer

Got to the parking lot at 6:30am, would have had to park on the streets if we arrived 5 mins later. Temperatures in the 70s, bearable for some. Strong water flow. Lots of gnats. Personally find rocks to walk on, and the air in the exposed sections of the trail after the saddle seemed a bit stagnant so that section was challenging. Views at the peak are spectacular. Flowers in bloom were a bonus.
