Hike was solid, weather was warm. Took the fire road up to the peak. We were the only people on the trail from start to finish. The bugs were annoying but tolerable. The dogs had to wear booties to keep their paws from burning. The views were nice I would definitely come back to hike it again. We could see a fire directly south from us at the peak.
