Last hike of the year and of the challenge!  Paved hike all the way to the summit, felt very Christmas-y with all of the pine trees along the way.  Incline was steep, but we were able to finish in about 3 hours.  Definitely celebrated with a picnic lunch on the campgrounds afterwards.
