It was a pleasantly cool (chilly) day with high’s in the mid 40’s. There were many clouds and fog in the area and in fact, the summit was shrouded in clouds and fog. We took the Azalea Trail up and the fire road back down. Beautiful views on the way down. Would definitely come back to see the view from the top! Great day overall.
