Cuyamaca Peak

Trail conditions were good. No issues with the route. We started at 6am so the weather at that time was perfect. A bit cold, but manageable as the weather became warmer. With the trees giving us plenty of shade throughout the hike, it kept us comfortable until we had to hike on the fire road to get to the peak. It was our first hike in a while so we were feeling that climb to the peak on the fire road ???? I was definitely sore the next day!
