Parked in the day use section of Paso Picacho Campground and walked to the trailhead of Lookout Road. The entire path is paved, very easy hike. The hike is at an incline until the summit no switchbacks. I did this after El Cajon Mountain (only 45 minute drive apart) so I would say it’d be a great hike for a family or one for pets.
