Damn Wilson…….

Started the hike at 7:30…note to self  TOO LATE.  This was a hot one the first 1/3 of the trail. From Orchard park to Manzanita bench was the real deal, steep and technical.

Beautiful trail, watch for snakes and the bee hive that is right next to the trail. Took us all day, we are training for Mt Whitney so we had 35 lb packs…WTF was I thinking..lol

Bring plenty of water, there is water available by the Café if needed. I drank almost 4 liters on this hot day. Met some great people on the trail.
