Dashing up Volcan

Nice and wide trail, no scrambling, steep for the first mile, enjoyable kisses of shade interspersed, easy hiking to the summit. Once on the summit the views make the rather boring hike up well worthwhile, took my time enjoying both inland and coastal views, then made good time coming down hill, be careful for the slippery pea gravel/dirt patches, but other than that it’s an easy descent. Completed the entire hike in just under 2 hours.
