This was the perfect first hike and introduction to some elevation. My adventure buddy and I flew out for a weeklong adventure and Bergen was the perfect experience for acclimating! That being said, the view is not outrageously captivating and the overall experience on this hike was “ok”. If there’s a better (similar elevation) experience, I would opt for that over this one – if you’re taking a trip out to CO to experience this challenge.
