Our first fourteener!  Yale was a beast of a hike due to the elevation.  My adventure buddy and I flew out from MA and hiked this on day three.  We were HIGHLY hydrated and AVOIDED all alcohol during our trip and although we were certainly short of breath in the higher elevations, we did not suffer any significant sickness!
