Defiantly slept well after this one!

This hike was one of the most difficult hikes I have done.   There were parts where I was rock climbing and it took about 3.5 hours.   I would make sure you have a lot of time for it.   The view from the top is amazing.  I can’t describe the beauty.  There is one part near the top that is very difficult as it is straight up but worth it if you can get past that.
