Diablo-Aptly Named

Honestly, this is not a hike I would do again. The first bit through the woods was pretty–lots of wildflowers, some wildlife. But then the climbing started. Oh, the climbing. It didn’t help that we actually summited two separate peaks before making it to Diablo. Finishing this hime was a physical, mental, and spiritual battle. I’m proud to say I finished, but will probably drive to the summit next time.
