Diablo – finally open

The Mount Diablo parking lots were recently opened so I didn’t know if there would be a rush of people going or not. The park officially opens at 8AM and I got there at 7:55 and there were already a number of cars parked. The weather was near ideal – in the 60s for the most part.   The top had a number of people and the bottom parking lot was full when I finished the hike  but the trails weren’t crowded.
