Diablo

Did the Mitchell Canyon loop going clockwise.  I think I went up the steeper side, since my gps said I had only gone 6 of the 13+ miles when I reached the peak.  It definitely felt like the steeper side!  Not really much snow left, but there are some icy patches where it appears the snow has melted and re-froze.  Full loop of 13.7 miles took me about 7 hours, including breaks.

great views, went inside the visitors center to stand on the peak (and enjoy their heat).
