Doing Diablo X5

This was the 1st time I did the 5 peaks loop – starting from the base tagging Olympus, North Peak, Diablo Summit, Eagle Peak, and Twin Peaks.  It was about 15.5 miles and 5000 feet of elevation gain.

A tough, but gorgeous Spring hike when the East Bay is uncharacteristically green.  Eagle is lower than the first 3 peaks, and after summitting the higher peaks, I felt quite content viewing them from the top of Eagle in the afternoon.
