Don’t let cancer keep you down, hike it off?

The trail was beautiful, snow in some spots used our microsoikes. This was the first long hike this year and I have to admit the last 2 miles left I was exhausted. But, one step at a time, I will be back in full health and getting up those mountains ⛰?? Hiking is the best medicine for me ?
