ECM: Mind over Hike

Started an early solo hike today but not early enough as there’s a line of vehicles along the road. The forecast was not that great but should be cool enough.

I already come to terms and accepted the fact that while I keep doing SD challenge, this is always part of it. I’m saying this now because this time, I was able to complete it with less complaints from myself???? …just huffed and puffed.

This was a record for me, hiking it a little over 5 hours including my obligatory photos and breaks. I was able to do it because there was a little breeze when I needed most, even when the sun is up.
It was a win for me this time…
