El Cajon

My first time hiking El Cajon the full 12 miles! I was even able to bag another peak which is El Capitan.  It was a long hike and somewhat difficult going back with still having incline but I was able to push through to the end.  I credit all of my conditioning hikes in the past year along with my mental preparation.  Also, the group of people I went with helped for motivation and support.
