El Cajon Mountain

The hike was very intense very rocky and basically all uphill this was actually the hardest hike I have ever done in my life so far it took me five and a half hours to complete the views were amazing though I saw lots of birds and even people paragliding and a beautiful sunset on the way down to those who will eventually do this hike I recommend non slip shoes since it’s very slipper at parts and bring a hiking pole and  plenty of water
