El Cajon Mtn

Started around 5:00 Am to beat the heat. Got to the summit around 9:00 am. Going back down was not all descent so it almost took the same amount of time or maybe more because we had to take lots of little breaks from the heat when we see even a tiny shade. We almost run out of water. There were  water refill stations but the water jugs were empty. We encountered hikers who completely run out of water. Its probably a better idea to hike there during the colder months.
