Hardest trail I’ve done yet. Not only is it long but the ups and downs are very steep! Summit is easy to lose the trail. A lot of runners actually doing it! Shocked! We hooked with our backpacking bags to train for Havasupai! By the time we were done we could barely walk. Intense mountain!
