Elden Challenge

Elden tail was the second summit of the day after Kendrick. My legs were starting to feel the climbing with nearly 4,800 feet of climbing in one day. It is difficult to run this trail due to a lot of loose gravel and rock climbing to get to the peak. Out of all the trails this one was the most scenic as the aspens were in full bloom on the trail. Distance 6.0 miles, elevation gain 2,349 feet and time 2:4hrs 48 minutes.
