Elevation Pain, Elevation Gain…Ontario

Great hike, trail was awesome! Weather was much warmer than we had anticipated which has me a little overkill on gear but better to be prepared. Due to a scheduling conflict with work didnt eat before the hike which really hurt my performance. Lesson learned. I really have to work on the quads, was a real challenge to fight through some fairly obnoxious leg pain…but made it and am stronger for it!
