Finally Timp!

It was a long time coming, but we finally had the opportunity to hike Timpanogos. What a spectacular weather day for this hike! We were expecting much colder and icy trail conditions. Nothing more than a sweatshirt, ear covering and light gloves needed from the saddle to the summit. We totally lucked out! Had to navigate around a very hungry bull moose in the first upper meadow area (he was still there eating willows when we came back down many hours later). A mama and baby were also nearby. Disappointed we did not see any mountain goats; maybe next time.
