Started our hike right after sunrise. Was on the hunt for banana slugs and mushrooms! Found a few of each. Have a fascination with fire lookouts so was pleased to make it to the peak! Cooked lunch on some backpacking stoves just short of the peak. On the way down a friend joined us!
