First ever overnight backpack!

Whew hotter still! After 5 miles we dropped off the packs at dry lake and began the summit. The long switch backs were very warm, one shade spot to another. Surprised there were so many campers at the very windy top! Got back to camp at 9:45 for a good night sleep.
